We want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free, so here’s everything you need to know about how your order ships.
🚚 Production & Processing Times
After you place an order, our print partner begins creating your item within a few hours. Typical production time is:
2–7 business days
(Depending on the item and print provider)
Once your order is printed, it ships immediately from the nearest available fulfillment center.
🌎 Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the print provider fulfilling your order. Typical delivery windows are:

United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

📦 Split Shipments
Because our items are printed by multiple production partners across different facilities, your order may ship in multiple packages. If this happens, each item will have its own tracking number.
Don’t worry—this is completely normal!
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to show activity after the label is created.

📭 Delivery Issues
Package Marked Delivered but Not Received
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. If this happens:

Allow 24–48 hours for final delivery
If it still doesn’t arrive, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your package has not moved or appears lost, we’ll work with Printify to investigate.
Once confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement.
🏠 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If the shipping address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, carriers may return the package or be unable to deliver it. In this case:

🌍 Customs, Duties & International Fees
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may be charged by your country. These fees:
